The Yoga and Pilates classes are offered in the Yoga Room AND also on ZOOM.
Please bring your own mat.
Boot Camp, P90X, Zumba and Spin are offered in the big room at the gym.

Boot Camp & P90X
BOOT CAMP is a full body workout packed into an hour Instructors will focus on not only maximizing the hour, but making sure that those who attend multiple classes per week are changing uo their routine for maximum benefit.
P90X is a full body workout in a HIIT style (High Intensity Interval Training). This class keeps you guessing as to what’s coming next and leaves you feeling worked from head to toe, from stamina to power!

Zumba
ZUMBA is a Latin dance fitness class that combines the joy and fun of dance with fitness. This class burns major calories and you won’t even know you are working out because it feels like a party!
ZUMBA GOLD is all of the fun of a Zumba class, minus the high impact. This class is also easier to follow and is great for beginners, seniors, and those who enjoy a good workout, but like a chill pace

ALL LEVELS YOGA is just how it sounds, a class tailored to all, regardless of Yoga experience. If you need more, the instructor will provide that, and if you are just starting out, you will be in great hands.
CORE & BALANCE YOGA places an extra focus on practices that strengthen your core and increase your balance.
RESTORATIVE YOGA keeps the practice gentle and nourishing to the client. We focus on small muscle groups and gently increase flexibility.
MOONLIGHT YOGA helps you wind down your day and your week. This is a gentle and calming yoga class, which includes elements of guided meditation and sound bath.
PILATES is a full body workout done with grace and slow steady focus. This practice lengthens and strengthens the muscles and increases flexibility.
YOGALATES is exactly as it sounds. We blend these practices together to maximize the benefits that each class offers, into one hour.
PILATES FUSION fuses the lengthening and strengthening attributes of Pilates with the power and intensity of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Class can be modified to all levels.
SENIOR FIT is a class meant specifically for our senior population. It will focus on helping seniors build strength and stamina in a way that is appropriate for the senior phase of life.
BARRE FUSION is a mix of ballet barre exercises fused with a full body workout to lengthen,stengthen, and stretch.
