Boot Camp, P90X, Zumba and Spin are offered in the big room at the gym.

BOOT CAMP classes provide a full body workout. Instructors work to motivate students to challenge themselves in drills and at stations designed to increase their strength and endurance. This class is filled with students who motivate one another through this challenging and rewarding hour of fitness.

SPIN is a cycling class that mimics the feel of being on a road bike. Your instructor will create a ride that takes you through a simulation of what you would get out on the road, including sprints, climbs, and combo drills. Spin is a huge calorie burner and a great place to kick start your weight loss program.

ZUMBA is an exhilarating hour of dance fitness focusing on the Latin rhythms of Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton and instructor’s choice of other international dance styles and rhythms. Many students love this class for the “fun” factor stating the hour flies by and you hardly realize you were working.

Zumba GOLD is intended for active older adults, although everyone is welcome. It is lower impact and lower intensity,with simplified step progressions. If you are new to Zumba or just want a lower impact workout please join us!

These yoga classes focus on increasing strength, improving flexibility and gaining higher levels of balance.
