We offer classes that anyone can jump in and join. Each class is taught by a certified instructor that can provide the individual attention that participants need.

5:15 am + 6 pm
Boot Camp classes provide a full body workout. Instructors work to motivate students to challenge themselves in drills and at stations designed to increase their strength and endurance. This class is filled with students who motivate one another through this challenging and rewarding hour of fitness.
5 pm (Rhythm riding)
Spin is an indoor cycling class that mimics the feel of being on a road bike. Your instructor will create a ride that takes you through a simulation of what you would get out on the road, including sprints, climbs, and combo drills. Spin is a huge calorie burner and a great place to kick start your weight loss program.
8:30 am + 7:15 pm
8:30 am + 5 pm
This is an exhilarating hour of dance fitness focusing on the Latin rhythms of Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton and instructors choice of other international dance styles and rhythms. Many students love this class for the “fun” factor stating the hour flies by and you hardly realize you were working.
Tuesdays + Thursday
Zumba® Gold has all the fun qualities of a Zumba® class with the added benefit of a format with less impact on the joints, easier to follow steps, and incorporated aspects of balance.
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
Our most gentle yoga class leaves students feeling truly restored. We stay off of hands and knees in this practice and focus on increasing range of motion, balance, and strengthening. Some students work from their mats while others may choose to sit in a chair.
This yoga class focuses on increasing strength, improving flexibility and gaining higher levels of balance.
Our flexibility classes focus on increasing a students range of motion in joints and creates lengthening benefits to the muscles.
Tuesdays, Thursdays 7pm
Barre Fusion blends moves inspired by Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga with some athletic elements infused. Students work barefoot or in sticky socks. You will get a fun, full-body workout that will strengthen and sculpt your muscles, and improve your balance and flexibility.
Pilates is a muscle lengthening and strengthening class that teaches students how to use their breathe to support their practice. If you are looking for a class to tone your core muscles and increase strength and flexibility, this is the class for you.
